the zoom link will be emailed to you 24 hours prior to our first session, and will remain the same for all 7 days. add the event & link to your calendar.
we will meet on zoom at 8:30am est beginning on friday, april 25th, ending on thursday, may 1st.
the sessions will be recorded and sent out shortly after each event in case you can’t make the live.
you will have access to these zoom recording links for 10 days(ending at 11:59pm est on may 4th). adding in a few extra days in case you miss a day or two.
cameras on not required to be on, however is highly suggested to cultivate a warm, inviting, brave space for all participants.
all are welcome to join in right relationship, and for the highest good of all.
each session might include deep rhythmic breathing, pranayama, conscious connected breathwork, guided meditation & visualization, gentle stretching, movement or somatic practice.

you should not participate in the active breathwork portion of this 7 day reset if you are experiencing any of the following health conditions:
cardiovascular problems, including a history of angina or heart attacks
high or low blood pressure
personal or family history of aneurisms
glaucoma
osteoporosis
recent surgery or physical injury
pregnancy
epilepsy or history of seizures
bipolar depression
borderline personality disorder
schizophrenia
if you have asthma please bring your inhaler in session.
if you have diabetes please be aware that you may start to feel shaky, tired, or have headaches.
if you can not practice breathwork, you can modify with natural breathing and still fully participate in this reset.

you don’t need any prior experience with meditation or breathwork. come as you are, to gently explore at your own pace.
the practices and tools in these sessions are all an invitation. you have autonomy to engage, observe, practice, or stop at any time.

find a comfortable quiet place to sit & breathe.
sit on a chair with your feet planted on the ground, or sit on the ground with a yoga mat, folded blanket or cushion, these postures are ideal to keep an aligned spine and present awareness.
headphones are highly recommended to improve focus.
breathing with a lowered gaze or closed eyes is also highly recommended to heighten awareness.
do not practice while driving, operating heavy machinery, or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
