learning + lineage

sharing my lineage to honor those who came before me and inspired me to become the human BEing and space-holder i am today. as cheesy as it might sound, my greatest teacher has been GOD. followed by my higher self which is simply an expression of the DIVINE. spirituality is woven into every other relationship, learning, teaching, certification, mentorship, modality, class and lesson. my fundamental understanding of life is that everything is spiritual.

my recent awakening to my neurodivergence, that mainly displays itself in heightened intuition and challenges with following social norms & cues, made me a brilliant student that found learning within the boxes of formal education incredibly limiting & boring. i was enrolled in “gifted children” programs since kindergarten, attended a highly coveted specialized high school in nyc, an alternative school that centered college course credit & internships, and attended & dropped out of college twice, until i returned 20 years later as an honor roll student to earn a degree in mental health counseling.

the real education that provided a unique foundation into understanding the human psyche in a way that a formal education never could, comes from over 30 years of observing, inspiring, teaching & coaching thousands of people in business. i’ve worked with leaders and creatives from all walks of life while living & working all over the world, from oslo, norway to beverly hills, california. i had a successful 20+ year career in fast-fashion where i became a highly sought-after master at leadership, coaching, team-building, forecasting, operations, strategy & problem-solving, and global training & facilitation in areas such as leadership, business acumen, recruitment, service, and creative.

this path taught me what motivates and inspires others to succeed, and also how our fears, trauma & self-sabotage can get in the way of our success. most significantly, this work showed me how deeply we all long to be seen, heard, accepted and loved.

in 2020 i made the official shift from corporate grind culture to soul-led entrepreneurship. below are the teachers and ideologies that shaped and inform my work in the healing arts. including the most meaningful past and current studies, trainings, rememberings, integrations, and apprenticeships. this list is essential, not extensive.
