an invitation to take a collective breath with other black, indigenous, and people of color on our journey of mind, body & spirit well-being, every wednesday in march from the 8th to the 29th at 8pm est via zoom.

this is a journey into softening the heart space, giving breath and space to feel your feelings, and practice creating safety in the body.
each session will offer a 10-20 minute breathing meditation practice, using words, affirmations, and breath as a balm to soften and soothe the mind, body & spirit.
no previous experience is needed.
you should not participate in this breathing meditation if you are experiencing any of the following health conditions:
• cardiovascular problems, including a history of angina or heart attacks
• high or blood pressure
• personal or family history of aneurisms
• glaucoma
• osteoporosis
• recent surgery or physical injury
• pregnancy
• epilepsy or history of seizures
• bipolar depression
• borderline personality disorder
• schizophrenia
if you have asthma please bring your inhaler in session.
if you have diabetes please be aware that with some breathwork practices you may start to feel shaky, tired, or have headaches.

this is short practice, so please arrive early to be on time. the waiting room will be open up to 10 minutes prior to session start.
to participate you must have access to zoom and register for the series after booking.
