prepare a quiet space where you can engage in basic yoga poses and stretches. i recommend having a mat, blanket, eye covering, and headphones to enhance the journey. bring tools to journal with during and after the session. i also invite you to create a soothing and relaxing environment if possible, with candles, incense, flower or plant essences, the right lighting or whatever you may need to feel at ease.
this is a live session which requires access to zoom. cameras are not required to be on, however i recommend having them on for me to observe your breathing and safely guide you through the journey. it also creates space for deeper collective connection. do what feels safe and comfortable for you. the session may be recorded.

we open the session with a collective breath, followed by 20 mins of connection, intention setting, and stretching. after a brief demo of the conscious breathing techniques, i will guide you through 45 minutes of active breathwork and deep rest in seated and supine positions, including a visualization meditation, and affirmations. we close the session with 15 mins of guided journaling, affirmations, and an invitation to reflect, connect, and share if you feel moved to do so.
