summer solstice is an invitation to go inward and source the nourishment needed to grow and evolve. the seeds we planted in spring are ready to bloom, all we have to do is be patient and continue to nurture them.

tapping into the energetics of this day of light allows us to awaken our personal power, patience, and trust in the natural cycles and divine timing of our lives.

this is a time to bask in our own light, to allow pleasure, play, and rest be portals to realizing our dreams.

about breathwork:

breathwork is a powerful way to access your body’s innate intelligence to heal itself by accessing and releasing stagnant energy and traumas. deep belly breathing strengthens the parasympathetic nervous system, placing the body in a rest and thrive state.

 if you have struggled to meditate in the past and connect to your inner guidance, whether it was because of a racing mind or fidgeting body, this could be a great modality for you!⁣ it is a powerful healing tool that allows a deep connection to the body and heart. receivers of this energy medicine often express feeling the effects from days to weeks after a session. 





breathwork can:

• reduce symptoms of anxiety & depression

• strengthen the immune system

• help you feel connected to and safe in your body

• teach you how to safely feel your feelings 
• create joy and euphoria
• improve clarity & focus

• open channels to creativity

• enhance intuition 
• foster self-care & self-love



session prep:

you should not eat or drink anything up to 2 hours prior to the session.


prepare a quiet space where you can engage in basic yoga poses and stretches. i recommend having a mat, blanket, eye covering, and headphones to enhance the journey. bring tools to journal with during and after the session. i also invite you to create a soothing and relaxing environment if possible, with candles, incense, flower or plant essences, the right lighting or whatever you may need to feel at ease.




this is a live session which requires access to zoom. cameras are not required to be on, however i recommend having them on for me to observe your breathing and safely guide you through the journey. it also creates space for deeper collective connection. do what feels safe and comfortable for you. the session may be recorded.

zoom link will be provided 2 hours prior to session via email. the room will be locked 10 mins after the event start time to protect the integrity of everyone’s journey. you may join the waiting room up to 10 minutes prior to the event.

session outline:

we open the session with a collective breath, followed by 20 mins of connection, intention setting, and stretching. after a brief demo of the conscious breathing techniques, i will guide you through 45 minutes of active breathwork and deep rest in seated and supine positions, including a visualization meditation.. we close the session with 15 minutes of guided journaling, affirmations, and an invitation to reflect, connect, and share if you feel moved to do so.

contraindications:

by participating in this event you acknowledge that you are not pregnant, are in good mental and physical health to do so, and take sole responsibility for your experience.

you should not participate in this breathwork session if you are experiencing any of the following health conditions:

• cardiovascular problems, including a history of angina or heart attacks

• high or blood pressure

• personal or family history of aneurisms

• glaucoma

• osteoporosis

• recent surgery or physical injury

• pregnancy

• epilepsy or history of seizures

• bipolar depression

• borderline personality disorder

• schizophrenia

if you have asthma please bring your inhaler in session.


if you have diabetes please be aware that you may start to feel shaky, tired, or have headaches.

this is a donation-based event. the suggested donation scale is $5-$55. read the guidelines below.                                                                                                                                 please donate based on the energetic exchange of this session and your financial capacity.

prohibit attainment of basic needs.

I own my home or property OR I rent a higher end property.

I own or lease a car.

I am employed or do not need to work to
meet my needs.

I have regular access to health care.

I have access to financial savings.

I have an expendable income.

I can always buy new items.

I can afford an annual vacation or take time off.

mid-cost $25-$40

I may stress about meeting my basic needs but still regularly achieve them.

I may have some debt but it does not prohibit attainment of basic needs.

I own or lease a car.

I am employed.
I have access to health care.

I might have access to financial savings.
I have some expendable income.

I am able to buy some new items & gifts for 
others.

I can take a vacation annually or every few years without financial burden.



low-cost $5-$20

I frequently stress about meeting basic needs & I don't always achieve them.

I have debt and it sometimes prohibits me
 from meeting my basic needs.

I rent lower-end properties or have unstable housing.

I do not have a car and/ or have limited access to a car but I am not always able to afford gas.

I am unemployed or underemployed.

I qualify for government assistance including food stamps & health care.

I have no access to savings.
I have no or very limited expendable income.

I rarely buy new items because I am unable to afford them.

I cannot afford a vacation or have the ability to take time off without financial burden.

sliding scale offerings allow me to create a more equitable opportunity for bipoc to receive this medicine while taking care of my own needs and being fairly compensated for my energetic work. if you have the means, give generously to provide for those under financial strain.
